There are many “coaches” in the market, however few can match my breadth of people development experience, my ability to help people push their comfort zone and my warm yet direct style.

Unusually for many of the coaches mentors and trainers in this field, I have actually been in senior roles ( CEO, Sales Director, Operations Director, Head of Sales and Operations) and this gives me the empathy, experience and the ability to understand the pressures of senior responsibility, which is why as well as coaching, clients ask me to mentor them.

I am currently working as a Leadership Development Associate with the CIPD ( Chartered Institute of Personnel Development ) helping Blue Chip organisations in the UK and Europe. I am a qualified Coach but I also Mentor as part of my service in helping the client develop.

About you.

You are in a senior position looking for bespoke development that may include coaching, mentoring, leadership development or all three, or you simply have a people issue you want help solving that at the moment does not fit neatly into a box that other providers call coaching, mentoring or leadership development. This is where I can help.

My services are focused on YOU and are bespoke (see what I offer and client stories). Over the last nine years my clients have ranged from Senior individuals who want individual development, or help making a change in their career, or being engaged by Large Corporates to SME's, National, Local Government and Health and Transport providers.

My services are bespoke focused on you and your situation.

It may be a one off two hour focused session on helping you prepare for a difficult conversation.

A weekly or monthly one hour session (online or face to face) to coach you in your current role.

A series of “bite size” sessions to help you in changing your career either looking for internal promotion, senior job search, moving into a different sector, exploring developing a portfolio career, becoming self employed, contracting, developing a growth mindset, reframing your mindset.

It could be the design of a year long programme for the development of your senior team.

Over the last 10 years changing your mindset and your direct reports mindset has been a common subject for individuals and organisations, I can help tranform this.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation that will help you and I decide if my services can benefit you. I will run through “ball park costs” and availability and that will allow me to book an initial 1 hour to 90 minute diagnostic session preferably face to face but can be online.
